www Resolution help

Hi,
I am writing a web site but I want it to display in 800 x 600 colours in all resolutions. Is there a script I can use to force my site to do this? I get reports that when my site is viewed in 1024 x 768 it looks very small and some graphics are out of place. It looks good in 800 x 600 so I want to force my site to display this colour in all sizes. Is this possible? hope someone can help.
