XP crashing due to Ghaphic Card

This has happened few times, every time the PC crashes, it says the video card is the problem.
I’m using a Nvidia TNT2/32MB video card, already updated my driver few times both by Microsoft and Nvidia own drivers and yet the same problem keep happening.
OS – Windows XP
m/board – MSI K7T Pro2
Duron 700Mhz
