xp-win- intergrate and share programs ?

I must run a several software programs for my automotive repair buss, ALL-DATA & INVOMAX, and switch back and forth I would like too make them share informatiion rather than makeing double entry info/too much time is being consumed for this process.I hope you can help these people seem hopelessly conserned.
