ZIP-100 drive, and spanned backups

I have heard many oddball ways of backing up a hard drive with the ZIP100 spanning more then one disk. One way is through the command prompt using simple *.*xcopy, commands. I was looking for a program that will achieve the same results in the GUI format *windows*. If there is a program that can do this sucessfully, please post your comments! THANKS!
