HP D1520 Printer with Works

The HP D1520 printer will not print with the Works spreadsheet, any size data, but will print with Word, Emails, Photos, etc. The error states “out of memory”. I have downloaded the updated printer drivers and reinstalled the printer.Any ideas? Thank you!
