Merge in Partition Magic the E drive di

By ramsin32 ·
Good morning everyone or good afternoon, good evening...:

I have a made terrible mistake i think.

I have a 60 gig maxtor harddrive. this is my storage drive... so before i had C:(western digital)+ (DVD)+E(maxtor)+F(cd rw).

There was a 8.5 (suspecting Linux drive) mg on maxtor that was unallocated and i decided to merge the partition with my E(maxtor). initially it said the cluster size doesnt match (it was 512) so I made the 8.5 mg drive to 4k cluster size and then i pressed the merge on Partition Magic 8... and poof it gave error and The E drive disappeared...

Thank for your help
