1 Mailbox emails sent to multiple users

We are using Exchange 2000 with Outlook 2000 as the mail client. What I want to do is set up a mailbox technical support that users would use to send problems. I would like those emails be automatically received by multiple users through their ownemail client. Can someone please let me know if this can be done is so how to set it up.
