2 domains, 2000 server cannot see NT4 bo

Two domains operate in one building. One is Win2000 Server Active Directory, the other NT4 Server. They are connected via two hubs. NT4 connected to D-link 10/100 DFE-916DX which is ‘uplinked’ to a Cisco Catalyst 2900xl.

In short I can see the 2000 server and 2 clients (but not all) from the NT4 box, but cannot see the NT4 box from the 2000 server.

No trusts seem to be set up on either box I can see.

I need to see the nt4 box from the 2000 server, any ideas…thanks in advance.
