2 excel xp questions

I have 2 questions about Excell XP:

1: How can I get a spread sheet to print all 3 sheets instead of just the active? I have a short cut to a specific file, that I want to just right click and hit print. I only get the active sheet. Is it possible to get the whole thing this way?

2: I have a few spread sheets that when ever I open them to print, I get a msg about saving changes when I close out. Any ideas why? I haven't changed anything in the file.

Ps.. Machine in W2K (fully updated), Office XP standard, 512Meg memory. It's on a Novel network (not positive what version)

I'm no expert but here it goes...

On the 1st question... go to file, print and under print what select the "Entire workbook" option.

It appears that you might have made a change on the spread sheets. That is why is asking you to save them.

I know how to get it to print the full spread sheet from within the program, but I need to know how to do it from a batch file. For the second half the question, I can open the sheet, them close it without doing anything, and it still prompts me to save it.
