2 excel xp questions

I have 2 questions about Excell XP:

1: How can I get a spread sheet to print all 3 sheets instead of just the active? I have a short cut to a specific file, that I want to just right click and hit print. I only get the active sheet. Is it possible to get the whole thing this way?

2: I have a few spread sheets that when ever I open them to print, I get a msg about saving changes when I close out. Any ideas why? I haven’t changed anything in the file.

Ps.. Machine in W2K (fully updated), Office XP standard, 512Meg memory. It’s on a Novel network (not positive what version)
