2 Internet Apps Stop Working

All of the sudden, I am unable to access my Google Gmail accounts via POP3 and also IIS is down and no one can access my website. I have already rebooted and everything was fine yesterday. All other Internet apps work fine. Anything I can look for? Did these both stop working for the same reason?
