2 site file server

hi guys,

I have a problem.
right now we have 2 site and connected thru 128kb wan. each site has 1 file server.

due to limited wan connection. user having problem accessing file from across site.

beside adding more bandwith.
anybody have ide to overcome this problem.
clustering maybe or something.
