I’ve just got a 256K leased line installed at work. I’m not super-savvy since I come from a web-design background rather than a networking one.
What I’m wondering is whether, when using my upstream, am I taking from my downstream to do so? In other words, have I got 256K upstream AND 256K downstream, or do I just have 256 to share between the two?
