3D Text Maker

I’m looking for a totally free 3d text builder that I can use occasionally to make headings to be used in Photoshop and Indesign application documents.

I do use Photoshop and Illustrator CS2 for this but find I need a quick solution.

Can anyone recommend any good 3d text applications which are totally freeware (not trial ware).
