      Improving Windows: please tell what needs improvement with you.
      Understand web development: read books, view tutorials or (best) follow courses about the subject. And practice.

      1. Improve “my Windows?” While Windows is far from perfect I’ve used it since about May 1986. Before that it was paper tape to load code, mag reels, punch cards, DOS 1 to about 7.0, BSD, Linux 0.2 to present day so to me this is all good stuff.
      What did you need to improve?
      2. As to web dev, why not some online courses like https://www.w3schools.com
