As well as any other information you can give us as we have no idea of what you have there or what it is doing other than shutting down, so any error messages or the like would be helpful as well as the OS in use.

That is telling you that when you plug in the Charger

That Windows is trying to open the Command Prompt and then shutting down.
Sounds like there is something much more involved than just a charging issue going on here.
The Command Prompt is when you click on start run and then enter a valid DOS Command or more correctly a Valid Windows Command as there are no DOS Commands any more.
So what happens if you plug in the charger and then start the Note Book?

Boot up your PC in safe mode and see if the problem still persists. If it boots up normally troubleshooting with the following steps.
1. Click “Start” and search: msconfig > select “System Configuration”;
2. Click “Services” on System Configuration > click and select “Hide all Microsoft services” > click “Disable all”;
3. Click “Startup” on System Configuration > click “Open Task Manager”;
4. Select each startup item on Startup and click “Disable” > close “Task Manager”;
5. Click “OK” on Startup tab of System Configuration > Restart PC.
By doing so, your computer will be able to work normally again, and you’ll see that no CMD window pops up anymore. -
