      You don’t provide much details. All I can say based on what you tell is: try another browser or try another PC or laptop.

      Can you tell more about what’s wrong and about the result of the 2 things above.

      Ok. I have solved the problem. it was asking me to update my google chrome browser. after doing an update it is working fine. thanks all for your co operation.
