Can you help me… our LOGBOX is connected via RS232, I want to view in my Computer the data or the ID NUMBER who log-in/out from our LOGBOX… the Hardware is from MITECH, inc. and they have they own software but it is too old.. out president wants to view it easily and I want the software is more secured… can you advice me what software to used? I tried many softwares but it won’t view, only the status of COM1 & COM2…. thanks!
