Access 2000 duplicate records

I have an Access 2000 table that has the following fields: Name, Date, Time, Address, and a few more fields. There are multiple records for the same name. The date and time for these records is different. I need to create a query or another tablewith each record not duplicating the name field and having only the latest date and time
