I have an Access 2007 database published to a Sharepoint web site. There are several fields with lookup combo boxes linked to Sharepoint lists. The fields are designed to select a single value from the list. The original data entry form was a single page accessed via a view in the Sharepoint site. I divided the fields in the form into 3 tabs for greater ease of use in data entry. When this occurred all data in lookup fields disappeared and now, when an item is selected in a lookup field, that item shows up in every record in the database. Any help in fixing this would be greatly appreciated.
