I would like to have my access database send e-mail messages directly to our Lotus note e-mail sever. We our database currently sends e-mail to OutLook Express and then it sends the email our Lotus notes server. I want to cut out the middle man and do this in code on the Access database. Thanks in advance.

If you install Microsoft Exchange after installing Lotus Notes, you will have the option to set up Lotus Notes as a way to send emails thru Exchange. Once Exchange sees Notes, Access can see notes and you will be able to send emails through the code. This is a neat little feature that I played around with in Access while developing a weekly status report database that would email the manager and/or users at the click of a button.
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
