Access 97 – emailing a report

to someone w/o Access. The scenario is that I have a mobile user who is often in hotel w/no printer. He wants to be able to email to front desk & print a report. I found a program (Snapshot Viewer) that works very well – except it requires the recipient to have the program in order to open.

Assuming the recipient doesn’t have Access either, is there some way to email a report (w/o losing its formatting)?
