This doesn't really answer your question, but it may answer the question you mean to ask. In your Access database alt-Tools/Database Utilities/Make MDE file. You will thus create a database like the one you started with except that the user cannot look at naything except the forms: the VBA has been compiled and its source isnot available. This is only a good idea where all data can be reconstructed from outside the Access database, because you will not be able to copy tables to the next version.

But, what if i would to move the program to a remote PC that does not have access?

You need to purchase the Access Developer edition, which allows you to convert your database to a standalone database that you can run legally on a system, even if it does not have Access. Here is a URL that discusses this issue:
