Access: Configuration management

I want to place some configuration control on my work.
I’ve written a table to do this but am poor at remembering to fill it in. Is there any way to access the code around the “do you want to save this” Access function so I can automatically open the Config table and update it?

If not is there something similar within a form?

I want a config form to open if [the code] of any
object on my application changes. From a users viewpoint the trigger will never be activated but if I go in and change something and either press save, or forget and it askes me if I want to save then I want to trigger my config page.

Thats the difficulty ~ I could do it for the user, I can’t see how to do it in the development enviroment.
