Access Denied when logging into horde

I’m working on my IBM Thinkpad 380XD (233 megaherts Intel Pentium w/MMX), Win98se, IE6

I want to log into an email account I have and all I get is “Access Denied”. I have never once had the popup login box requesting userid and password.

The urls: http://….com:2095/horde/index.php
or http://…..net:2095/horde/imp/mailbox.php or login.php

I am able to login on another desktop computer,Pentium4 1.6Gigahertz running Windows2000 and IE6.
No problem with that system.

As far as I know, I should be able to use this email system. What am I missing in my system? What should I look for to be able to run the horde email?
