Access error “Runtime 429 Active X can’t create object”

Making an Access database in Office 2000 Premium, and using the default “Contact Management” wizard, I’m getting an error listed above.

When I debug the code, It errors at “Form Switchboard”, Line 55, Col 1

Line reads “Set con = Application.CurrentProject.Connection”

The help files say there is a missing Active X Object… If anything I have more installed Active X than I need……

Thanks in advance for answers that will make this work. Please don’t blog me MS rants or similar experiences… need this to work.
