Access Forms

By M*Lenium ·
I am attempting to modify a form to display a message (eg. Help Me). The message should only display when the specified field (eg. price) value is greater than 1000.

Can someone Please, Please assist me with this? I am eternally grateful.

You can use the beforeupdate and afterupdate event procedures to do just about anything.
The beforeupdate event fires off before the data is updated (hence the name) this can be useful if you want the opprotunity to revert to the field without making any changes.
The afterupdate event fires off after the data has been saved. If you just want a notification to appear, this is the place to do it.
