Access: Library database public variable definition

Hi all, please can someone help me with Access library databases.

I am trying to set up my first one, as I have a lot of code which is used by two applications which I want to reduce the size of and make easier to maintain.

My question: if I have public variables used by various user apps and the library MDB, which one should hold the definition of those variables? Whichever one I put them in, they don?t decompile.
