Access Migration

We are planning on changing servers. Our Access files are currently on a server called ALR the new server will have a new name (NewServer). What is the best way to handle moving the Access files from the ALR server to the NewServer so that the Access programs will still be able to find all of the files and tables they currently use? The servers run on Linux, the desktop operating system is W2K and the Access version is Office XP.
