Access to another users sent items

My MD wants to be able to view outgoing mail from a number of users.
In Windows SBS2003 – AD – User Properties – Exchange Advanced – Mailbox Rights, I can give him access to any users mailbox.
However when he uses File – Open – Other users folder he only has (Calendar, Contacts, Inbox, Journal, Notes, Tasks).
How can I give him access to sent items?
Can I do this in one go over a block of users?
