Access to another users sent items

By neil.randall ·
My MD wants to be able to view outgoing mail from a number of users.
In Windows SBS2003 - AD - User Properties - Exchange Advanced - Mailbox Rights, I can give him access to any users mailbox.
However when he uses File - Open - Other users folder he only has (Calendar, Contacts, Inbox, Journal, Notes, Tasks).
How can I give him access to sent items?
Can I do this in one go over a block of users?

Thanks in advance

Neil

Yes, Microsoft ACCSESS has a database operation that lets you group together 'them' and you don't have to use file open or any of the other stuff either as long as the reveiwer has the access authority neccessary to veiw, as for other type of interactions in this manner you will need the proper authourities to do so and a user name\password combination for it.

Follow the steps here to grant your boss the administrator rights on the mailbox:

Thanks. I use Outlook 2003 so it was a RClick and Properties of Mailbox - advanced - advanced - add, then add the users name and OK. This users mailbox then appears in Outlook folder tree.
Thanks again BFilmFan
