    Accessing E-mail from two locations

We have a a handful of staff who work equally between two sites, (distance apart 1000 kms). Currently we have them set up on an Exchange Server at Site A. When they work out of Site B, they access their Exchange Mailboxes via Outlook 97/2000 back across the network to Site A. As they come back across the network and compete with other users across the link, they receive much poorer performance opening E-mail and in particular their attachments than they do at Site A, where everything is local. What options are available in Exchange\Outlook to improve their performance at Site B, particularly when opening attachments? Can synchronisation of a mailbox be set between two Exchange Sites? That is, when they log in at Site A they access their mailbox from the Exchange Server at Site A, then when they travel to Site B, they then access a synchronised copy of their mailbox from the Exchange Server at Site B. And vice versa.

You could set up offline folders. You’d still have the delays when synchronising but previously synchronised mail would be available locally.
