Accessing email from a Web Browser

I am seeking different options to access our companys email from Web Browsers, so employee’s can access there email when they are not in the office. Our server is running NT 4.0 and Exchange 5.0. What sort of options are availalbe?? I have come accross one options, Outlook Web Access 5.5. Is this secure and easy to set up??
