Accessing Exch 5.5 mail from the web

I have a nt4 domain running exch 5.5 I would like to let my users access their emails from the web. I can get the admin accounts to work however normal users dont seem to work it comes back with cannot find mailbox but it works with the admin accounts. can anybody help.
