accessing links

Why am I unable to access a link by clicking on it in an email? I can only copy the link and paste it into the address of the browser. Is there a better way to do this????

Do you have HTML-enabled e-mail configured on your mail client? YOu need to to be able to do those type of things.

This is only for mail clients on your pc. If you are talking web-based mail like yahoo or hotmail, this does not apply.

If you use Internet Explorer open IE and go to Tools->Internet Options->Programs tab. For the E-Mail program, drop-down and choose the mail program (Outlook usually, or Netscape).

If you use Netscape as your browser or the previous solution didn't work, make sure Netscape or IE (whichever you use) is enabled as the default browser. If you have no default browser, nothingwill happen when you click a link.
