Account trouble in Exchange

By dshurrab ·
In my organization,I run an Exchange Server.My manager required me to create an Exchange account for some department(which is not NT user),and require that one or several persons can access this account.
The only solution I had is to create a secondary account which is not acceptable .

<p>
1. Open Exchange Administrator. If you see connect to? say browse and select your exchange server.
<br>
<br>
2. Go to File -- New Distribution List. If asked cannot be created in this parent conainer, create under receipient your site? say yes if it is the correct site. If ALL you company address is ***@yourcompany.com very likely you only have one site.
<br>
<br>
3. You'll see a dialog. Display Name is the one that will appear on From field (say Marketing Department). Alias is the name of the email address (say feedback as in feedback@yourcompany.com). Type in the appropriate names.
<br>
<br>
4. There is a modify button under Members dialog box. Click modify. There will be a list of names. Choose the people from the department you want to add. These people will get the same email at the same time whenever an email is sent to feedback@yourcompany.com, both internally or from outside.
<br>
<br>
If you have more questions about exchange, people over at Messaging / Emailunder Support Republic Q&A can also help you. Email admins hang out there. They are less active than we do though :-P. Or you can email me. I'll help if I can.

<br>
Hope it helps.
