ACCPAC PROBLEM WITH W2K

We have upgraded our accounting software (ACCPAC) to the latest version: ACCPAC Advantage Series v5.3 (Database = Pervasive SQL).
The problem is that it works extremelly slow under Windows 2000 Professional. If installed on XP Professional, it works fine! Both stations have Athlon 2.2 processor and 512 ram.
Do you know any issue affecting this software under W2K?

  Windows XP kernal handles memory a bit differently than WIndows 2000. I would say that your issue lies in that area.
