acer travelmate bios pasword crack help!

i got acer travelmate 240.
my operation system gone and i cant access to bios the reason is i forgot my bios password
so i dont have any idea how can i clear it
i hope someone can help me about it

Clarifications

Yank the backup battery for a few hours and it will lose the bios settings

Cracking the password with the “DEBUG Command”

Enter the Following in the Dos Prompt

C:\debug
o 70 2E
o 71 FF
q and then hit enter you will get back to command prompt.

once this command is excuted you had to restart the computer to remove the BIOS Password.
