Acrobat Reader problem

When my client tries to launch Acrobat Reader, she gets an invalid page fault at winapi.dll. This happened on version 4.0. She installed v 5.0. In uninstalled both versions, removed the Acrobat folder, restarted the computer, reinstalled 5.0 and still the same error message.

I meant to say ‘webapi.dll’.

Webapi.dll does not come from Adobe Acrobat Reader/writer etc. It apparently come with Visual Basic. Either remove and reboot, then reinstall VB or go here and download the version here:

Sorry. I messed up the filename. Or maybe this is a new error, but now it’s saying weblink.api.
