I had to use esentutl to repair the active directory on my primary DC Windows 2000. The Windows KB said that doing so could cause errors down the road, and today I got an error on one workstation about The System Detected a possible attempt to compromise security (1265). I think its because my AD isn’t quite right. I have a secondary DC Windows 2000. My question is what do I need todo to make the secondary the primary, and have the old primary get its AD fixed by the new primary?
