    Active Directory, new file permission

    Hi, when I create a new network file from my server, it take permission to read/write for everyone. Now, with my new customer, with Windows 2019 server, when a user create a new file it takes permission only for administrators and the owner, but not for everyone. So, when another user try to open it, he cannot access to it.
    How can I do to resolve the problem?
