    Active Directory Policies

    I have a user who is a domain admin who used to receive emails when users passwords were about to expire and is no longer receiving those emails. I have not been able to find any errors as to why this user is no longer receiving these emails. This is on Server 2012Rs. I have checked the password policies and they appear correct. Any ideas as to where I can begin to troubleshoot this issue?

      Where to start? “At the beginning” (of the yellow brick road.)

      When I start on an issue like this I check to see if the email was sent before I start looking at the client’s email settings, junk mail and more.
