We have AD2003 Environment with Domain Group Policy for all work stations/Users.
All the users settings on their local machine is: debugged user
Vendor installed an application using local admin account (I logged in via local admin); but when user (debugged) logged back in; the service is not starting for that specific software. I changed from debugged user to admin user and it worked.
However, we are not allowed to have user to be local admin.
Please let me know; if there is anyway I can resolve this issue without making user local administrator?

My thoughts:
Create a Global Group ? add the user & then go to Users? Machine ? add that group from Properties of that application. I did that part but it did not work.
