I have created a small domain for my mother’s business and am trying to create a standard user profile. When I login to my test workstation to create the profile template, I cannot access the “display” configuration window. I get the notification, “Your system administrator disabled the Display control panel”. I have set all settings as “not configured” in the Group Policy editor, my domain user is an administrator in both the domain and the local computer. I don’t get it, what I am I missing?
