ActiveSync

Please Can Someone Help
I am running xp server 2003 and exchange server 2003 I have a laptop and server both can access the exchange account no problem, i also have a loox 600 pda and have set up activesync, which all seems to sync fine but, if i add a task,calender or contact on the pda it will not sync it says Reslove items and never does) tried every combination, if i add contact calender or task on pc it will sync it to pda, I also keep trying to sync with exchange server2003 from pda and all i get is attention required,
Please help as I have been trying this for over a month,
