Ad Aware will not delete found items

Hi,
I ran ad aware and it founf 585 items. I choose all items and then select next and it just sits there. I can scroll up and down and move the window around the desktop but it will not continue. I had spybot on as well and it does the same thing. i uninstalled and reinstalled same thing.
