Add a second net. adapter to Exch 5.5

When I add a second network adapter to Exch 5.5 SP4 (NT4 SRV SP6) MTA doesn’t start up with error 2140. I have made bindings for “all protocols” as follows:
1st Card is on the first line and 2nd card is on the second line. Also WINS is disabled forsecond adapter.
When I remove the 2nd network adapter everything is fine.
Do you have any extra suggestions?

2. Net. Card (SAN):

Both of Network adapters are Gigabit Ethernet 1000.
