A week back I could no longer access add and remove program from control panel. Nothing happens, it just freezes. I cann access all other items in control panel I was going to do a restore but that was clened out and I could not restore. I have tried a number of things but cannot fix. It could have been caused by registry cleaner> any ideas would be appreciated.
