Add message to all outgoing e-mail

I need to insert a “confidentiality clause” to all my company’s outgoing e-mail. The only thing I can think of is to add a signature to each user’s account that will contain the wording. However, I’m wondering if there is a better way to do this and somehow insert this clause at a server level?
I would appreciate any suggestions.
