i have ms 2003 office installed on my machine.when i open a word or excel windows and then go select the open option then in the look in select a word or excel file.when under the tools drop down list the option ‘add to my place’ is greyed out.
i have uninstall office 2003and also check for any disable item but yet that didnt fix the problem.
has anyone got a clue on what i need to do and if possible what addin are required
