Added wireless connection no signal
I am a student, we have an activity to manually make a new wireless connection profile. So I manage the wireless connection, Add the Name of the connection I want, select a security option which is WPA2-personal, and provided a password. Deselect start this connection automatically and select connect even if the network is not broadcasting. Then save. After a while I saw the profile I made, I click connect/disconnect on my wireless connection. Then click connect to that profile. But it just says cannot connect to network, It didn’t even ask for a password, and it doesn’t have a signal bar unlike other available wifi connection. I tried it on other pc device I had but it also didn’t work. according to my classmates they didn’t encounter such problem like mine, they manage to connect smoothly. Can someone please help me with this? I already spent a whole day looking for the answers on the net but to no avail. Thank you so much! *I had Windows 10 Home OS
