Adding A zip file To a form

Anyone know of any script or program that can add a preferable a winzip file to a form. Or even just the ability to a add pictures to a form to be sent to an email address

here goes:

<form action="whatever.cgi" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data">
<input type=file name="upfile">
<input type=submit>
</form>

of course the cgi will need to extract the file (and verify it's in the proper
format, etc.etc.) on the server side... that should be fairly straightforward,
though.

I didn't corectly adress waht I needed I needed something on the server side

You can save this html as html file and open it with your browser (mine is Netscape 4.xx). It should work exactly as you wish.
